Greenpoint II is Southernwood’s second Multi-Family Rental fund and focuses on assets in secondary locations throughout regional England with mature market dynamics and consistent return metrics. The purpose of the fund is to provide family offices, high net worth individuals and SIPP/SASS pension investors with exposure to high quality private rented real assets in the UK.
The fund has an opportunistic approach to acquisitions and aims to provide investors with a blended return of capital and income. Greenpoint II has a long term Core+ strategy.
Greenpoint II was launched in 2022 and remains open for investment.

The fund is made up of a portfolio of five assets in secondary locations throughout regional England which evidence long term mature market dynamics. Greenpoint I aims to provide investors with a primarily income return with a moderate capital element. The fund utilises a Core + strategy.
Greenpoint I closed for investment in 2022.
